Ghost Writing 2021

Please ‘See Below’ for 2 Ghost-writing ideas (written by Neeve, TimeSlide Studio's 'Ghost Writer'), which is influenced, inspired and is a homage to the popular BBC Comedy series 'GHOSTS.

The 2 Ghost-written sequences are called:

d

• 'A Storm in a Mike-Mug'

• 'Monopolized'

Our idea was that these 2 back-to-back episode 'sequences' could be weaved through an original episode story-line.

 

Using the BBC comedy series 'Ghosts' as a framework, we have integrated our new character 'Neon' (a traveller)  with the hilarious 'Ghosts' characters, in order to experiment if Neon would work as a main character in their very own Comedy Series.

.

It has taken 5 months to get to this stage and there is still a lot more work and ideas to be explored!  It has been fun to learn all

the different processes needed to develop skills for comedy script writing and it isn't as easy as you would think!

We have really enjoyed working on this script project and we hope that you will enjoy reading them. It has really allowed us to experiment with our own character 'Neon' whilst having fun seeing how the wonderful Ghosts react… we hope we’ve done them justice!

Many, many thanks to the BBC Ghosts Team being our inspiration!... and maybe one day in the future we will have a comedy series of our very own!
